Using What We Publish

Real quick: nothing I write here is medical, financial, or legal advice. I'm not a doctor, a financial advisor, or a lawyer. I'm someone who shares what worked for me. If something here gets your attention, that's great — but take it to a real professional before you actually change anything important.

How We Test Products

Reviews here are based on first-hand use, not on press kits or affiliate summaries. Each product spends at least a month in actual daily rotation before anything is written publicly. If a product fails to show up during that window, that absence becomes part of the review.

Affiliate Relationships

Real talk on the money side: some links here are affiliate links. Click one, buy the thing, I get a commission — at no extra cost to you. The commission doesn't shape which products end up reviewed here, or how I write about them. If a product turns out to be junk, the review says it is junk — paid placement or not. That distinction is the whole reason this site exists.
